Well Hey, that's why we have opinions. I can't really draw well so that's why I explain so I dont have to draw poorly on scenary. And I kinda like how it came out. I knew you wouldn't lol cause you said it yourself. That's just in your character. Thanks for the advice. ^^

I really don't want to feel like a jerk but shouldn't start out a comic like this.
You honestly should never start out explaining your character entirely, we should get to know the character has the story progresses.
The most you should really just tell his in writing is his name and age.
Other things should be learned by the art.
Such as,
Instead of telling us he's rich, you should show him leaving a huge mansion and getting into a limo or something.
For the principal not liking him, you could have a scene where he is being yelled at for his clothes.
And for his friend being a perv and being his friend all together, maybe a scene where they are talking and him spoting a girl and saying something about her.

As for the layout, try to either make the panels bigger or put more on one page, you are ending up with a lot of blank space.

Sorry. i really dont mean to be mean but i just really want to help you out so your comic can be the best it can be.

The story has great potential, I just think you should get into the story differently even if it takes a few extra pages to show it.
